Building strong foundations and ensuring proper functioning.

In order for your body to perform as it should, it is absolutely integral that you first build a strong foundation – we call this the foundational phase. With over twenty years of experience as a women’s fitness specialist, CEO Nicole Thorne knows what it takes to ensure that women meet their fitness goals without compromising the safety or stability of their bodies.

Although Nicole’s training career has included women of all ages, body types, and fitness levels; as a mother of two she’s intimately aware of the changes that occur through pregnancy and childbirth. She has founded the Pelvic Floor Secrets company to support women in all stages of life by bringing on experienced coaches to the team. The programs offered are pelvic floor safe, and respect the natural healing and recovery process of your body.

But don’t worry, ensuring proper functioning doesn’t mean you won’t get results! Strengthening your core, increasing your mobility, and building your strength are all necessary steps to getting you a strong, healthy body that will support you now, and as you age.

Create a strong foundation today for a longer, healthier, more active future!

Meet the team!

Denise

COACH

My passion is to help you achieve your goals!

I have been an athlete all my life. I started running obsessively in my early twenties before injuring my knee and having weight training recommended to me as a way to stay active while also recovering. To say I fell in love with weightlifting is an understatement.

I went on to receive my personal training certification in 2016 so that I could pass on my knowledge and passion to others. Life took a turn and my husband and I decided we wanted to try for a new addition and I knew I wanted to keep active through pregnancy but wanted to do it in a way that would benefit myself and the baby. I found Pelvienne Wellness (Bellies Inc.) and discovered a whole other world that I didn't know existed. A passion for helping other women, soon-to-be mom's and women who were already mom's and some who had been mom's for decades take care of their pelvic floors (core). I received my certification in prenatal fitness and postpartum recovery in 2019 and haven't looked back.

The pelvic floor and the integral part it plays in our entire system is not talked about or addressed enough. I'm here to help you get back to feeling strong, confident and ready to face whatever challenges you may want to take on.

Julie

Julie discovered her passion for yoga in 2006 where her love of the practice and commitment to deepening her own experience led her to complete a 200 hour Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance under the guidance of United Yoga Montreal. Julie's dedication for learning and incorporating yoga into all aspects of her life, including being a mother of three creates an infinite enthusiasm to teach from the heart.

In her own words: My goal as a yoga teacher is to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness and offer students a well-balanced and grounding practice both on and off the yoga mat.
