Posture correction is a realignment of the body parts to their correct place, supported by the right amount of muscle tension. It can prevent unnecessary stress, strain or injury. 

Today's often sedentary lifestyle can leave many people with muscular imbalances. 

 

Ailments like rounded shoulders (slouching), flat bums, protruding necks, swayed hips, and knees caving in or in a locked position can cause severe discomfort, pain, and injury now and as you age.
